Audition Requirements

1) Read message from the Music Director and then find your instrument's excerpts and download. Now start practicing!

2) The Auditions will consist of a single prepared piece of your choosing, the excerpts for your instrumenmt and possisble sight reading. An accompanist is not needed.

2) Download the 2010-2011 Application Package. Sign and date all three forms. Bring only the membership form to the audition. Bring other two forms on the first day of rehearsal.

3) On or after August 15, 2010 call General Manager Jan Gilbert at 805-967-0781 and make an appointment. Strings will audition on Saturday, August 28. Woodwinds, brass and percussion will audition on Sunday afternoon August 29. If you need a specific time please call early. All auditions will be at Goleta Presbyterian Church, 6067 Shirrell Way, Goleta CA.
